Uurly — Refund Policy

Effective date: 21 October 2026

In short: the Free plan costs nothing upfront; you pay a 0.85% Uurly fee per swap instead. If you buy Uurly Pro in crypto (USDC), Pro starts right away and the payment is not refunded: you agree to that at checkout. If you buy Uurly Pro by card through a reseller, that reseller's 14-day refund policy applies. You can cancel a renewing plan anytime in your account.

This page summarises the refund rules of our Terms of Service (sections 10, 11.3, 15 and 17.3). If anything here differs from the Terms, the Terms apply. Nothing on this page limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

1. The Free plan and the Uurly fee

The Free plan has every feature and costs nothing upfront. Instead, Uurly charges a fee of 0.85% per swap, shown before you confirm each swap and also charged on automatic swaps under rules you set up (Terms 10.2). The fee is paid inside the swap transaction itself. A swap that has been carried out cannot be undone, and the Uurly fee paid with it is not refunded. If a swap transaction fails on the blockchain, the fee is not paid either.

2. Uurly Pro paid in crypto: no refunds

When you pay for Uurly Pro in a crypto-asset (for example USDC) through Uurly's own checkout, Pro is supplied right away: your licence unlocks it in the app as soon as your payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

• Before you pay, you tick a box by which you expressly ask us to supply Uurly Pro immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. Without ticking it, the payment cannot be made.
• Because of that, there is no right of withdrawal and no refund for a payment in crypto, also not for part of a period.
• Exceptions: a change we make materially reduces what your paid plan includes (Terms 11.3); you don't accept a new version of our Terms (Terms 17.3); Uurly Pro does not conform to the contract, or mandatory law otherwise requires a refund. A refund that is due is paid in the same crypto-asset, to an address you confirm to us.
• Crypto payments cannot be reversed. Send exactly the amount, coin and network the checkout shows. If you send something else, email hello@uurly.io: we will try to help, but we cannot guarantee that such a payment can be recovered.
• Your purchase confirmation email repeats your choice at checkout.

3. Uurly Pro paid by card: 14-day refund

When card payments are available, they go through a reseller acting as Merchant of Record. That reseller is the seller of your plan: it handles the payment, VAT, invoices and refunds, and its own buyer terms and refund policy apply, which the checkout links to.

You can withdraw from a card purchase within 14 days of the day you bought it, without giving a reason, and get a refund under that reseller's refund policy. An automatic renewal of the same plan is not a new purchase. Your Pro plan ends when you withdraw.

4. How to withdraw from a card purchase

Use the reseller's refund process, the withdrawal option in your account on uurly.io where it is offered, or email a clear statement to hello@uurly.io within the 14 days; we pass it on to the reseller. You can use the model form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your withdrawal before the 14 days are over. We confirm receipt by email.

5. Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a plan that renews automatically anytime in your account, in a few clicks, without contacting us and also when the Uurly app is not running. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, you are not charged again, and you receive a confirmation email. A plan that does not renew automatically (for example a payment in USDC) simply ends at the end of the period you paid for. Your account then continues on the Free plan, with the Uurly fee on swaps.

6. After the 14 days

After the 14 days, payments are not refunded, also not for part of a period, except in these cases:

• a change we make materially reduces what your paid plan includes during your billing period: you can cancel and get back the unused part of that period (Terms 11.3);
• you don't accept a new version of our Terms: you can stop using Uurly, cancel and get back the unused part of a period you paid in advance (Terms 17.3);
• mandatory law gives you more.

7. Who handles your refund

The checkout names who sells and bills your plan. For a card payment through a reseller acting as Merchant of Record, that reseller handles the payment, VAT, invoices and refunds. For a payment in crypto through Uurly's own checkout, we are the seller and handle any refund that is due ourselves.
